2022 Lancaster Festival Season

The 2022 Lancaster Festival Season had it’s challenges. The excitement of returning to a full schedule with full attendance was hampered a bit by a last minute cancellation by Lady A. Luckily, an amazing performer, Billy Currington stepped in and gave an AMAZING show!

Billy Currington has been recognized by the Grammy Awards, ACMs and CMT Music Awards for his chart-toping hits such as “Hey Girl,” “Good Directions,” “Party for Two,” “Must Be Doin’ Something Right,” “That’s How Country Boys Roll,” “Pretty Good at Drinking Beer,” and “People Are Crazy.” Currington’s songs have always been snapshots of life.

July 23 will feature Rick Springfield and the Lancaster Festival Orchestra. Over the past four decades, Rick Springfield has worn many hats as an entertainer and performer. The creator of some of the finest power-pop of the ’80s, a Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and musician who has sold 25 million albums and scored 17 U.S. Top 40 hits, including “Jessie’s Girl,” “Don’t Talk to Strangers,” “An Affair of the Heart,” “I've Done Everything for You,” “Love Somebody,” and “Human Touch.

Monday Night Jazz • July 25

July 25, Jazz takes center stage at the Monday Night Jazz Concert with the incomparable Byron Stripling Band and friends. Stripling returns to the Lancaster Festival after rave reviews from 2021. He earned his stripes as lead trumpeter for the likes of Dizzy Gillespie. Woody Herman, Dave Brubeck and others.
